All of our appointment requests are now triaged. The more information you can provide, the more effective this triage will be.

To place an appointment request with the practice, you can:

• Call 01246 825487 for Welbeck Road or 01623 812188 for Glapwell (please be aware there are often long phone queues)

• CLICK HERE to place your request online

We hope that as more people place their requests online, this will free up the phone lines for those who cannot use the online system or have additional communication needs.

If you call us, the Receptionist will request that you place your request through our online system and will either redirect you here or text you a direct link. If you cannot use this system, they will place the request online for you and walk through the process with you over the phone.

Once we have your appointment request, a clinician will review this and get back in contact either by text or phone.
