All of our appointment requests are now triaged. The more information you can provide, the more effective this triage will be.

To place an appointment request with the Practice, you can:

• Call 01246 823 742 for Welbeck Road Health Centre or 01623 812188 for Glapwell Surgery (Please be aware there are often long phone queues).

Once we have your appointment request, a Clinician will review this and get back in contact either by text or phone.
